---++ Office

   * All UW students are entitled to a copy of [[https://www.washington.edu/itconnect/wares/uware/microsoft/stupg.html][Microsoft Office or Microsoft Office for Mac]] at no additional charge. (You paid for this as part of your Student Technology Fee.)

---++ Operating Systems
   * All UW students are entitled to a copy of [[https://www.washington.edu/itconnect/wares/uware/microsoft/stupg.html][Windows 7 Ultimate Upgrade]] at no additional charge. (You paid for this as part of your Student Technology Fee.)
---++ Virtualization

   * VMware licenses for educational, research, and instructional use are FREE from the [[https://vervet.ling.washington.edu/vmware/][UW Linguistics VMware Academic Store]]. Students taking courses for credit, faculty, and staff are eligible. A UW !NetID is required.
