Get notified about new tickets through your RSS newsreader

• Give REPORT_VIEW permissions to anonymous. Security note: This will let anyone list your project's tickets.
• Add this URL to your RSS reader, substituting your project name for 'yourprojecthere': http://lemur.ling.washington.edu/yourprojecthere/admin/report/1?format=rss

This also works for OS X Mail.
